I came to know Nazar Hameed through a mutual friend , I was thinking to buy a second property as an investment to generate some cash but I was so reluctant to invest in Real Estate because I had already existing mortgage on my house and I felt too much risk to get into a second mortgage also I was s busy with my fully time employment which turned off this idea so I asked Nazar his advice & if he can possibly find me a property that I could rent out and make me positive cash flow. Nazar was very informative with great professionalism and enthusiasm he explained to me very well how does it work and how he can get me second mortgage, he assured me that he can rent the property immediately to save me paying two mortgages which is something I was really worried about. In few weeks He was able to find me a house in Milton that had two levels and basement apartment. He said we could rent out the basement separately as it had separate entrance from the garage and he assured me that both units will be rented all the time and I don't have to worry about anything but collecting rent, ( Honestly I was really worried ) but I believed in him & that was the best thing I did for myself and my family ..

Nazar started working on my deal & Before even closing date Nazar had both tenants ready and he was able to rent each unit to cover the mortgage payment as well as getting me great return of my investment. He promised me to get me at least 6% return and luckily he got me 7% which is something I would never have dreamt of :)

I came to know Nazar when I was searching for local Realtor in Mississauga I found his profile online, he had few listings for lease and sale in city centre Mississauga and around so I sent him an email asking few questions about investments options in Mississauga and what I can do if I had 100K and not sure how to invest it so he replied right away and suggested to meet up at his office in square one mall and discuss the options. I went there and told him look I have 100K that I got from separation and I want to invest it in Real Estate but I don't want to pay monthly fees and preferably I get some income out of it.
He was very professional and gave me a few investment choices which I decided to go with one of them. He helped me to buy a condo in square one area at that time and he promised me to keep it rented at high return all the time, he showed me a lot of options and every option he was doing the mathematics for me and show me the monthly cost and expected return and appreciation in value over the years, etc.. I learned a lot from him until we found the right option that worked perfectly within my budget and monthly return exceptions we finalized the purchase. What I liked about Nazar that I felt he's on my side all the way even during the closing period we had 30 days he showed me the place two times and helped me to decorate it and stage it nicely and hooked me up with service providers and insurance agent, lawyer, I felt he had full service then he managed to find me, my current tenant, the same closing date of the condo I purchased and that was an amazing too.
